Mr. Webster has served as a Mediator and Arbitrator since completing his training at Harvard University in 2003. With a 35-year practice background in most areas of civil litigation, Mr. Webster has the unique ability to conduct mediations and arbitrations with the neutrality and experience that gives the respective parties the best opportunity for a satisfactory outcome.
